Remake & Warranty Policy

The cost for fabricating custom made dental appliances cannot be refunded. A credit may be issued by Oral Designs, Inc directly to a dentist's account when cases do not meet all clinical standards of seating.
remake policy ::

All remakes will be at no charge if received within 30 days of the invoice data except under the following circumstances:

1. Oral Designs inquired about the impression, die or margin. However, if the dentist has approved and requested completion of the case, the restoration will not be covered under our warranty program.

2. If Oral Designs requests a try-in, and the dentist declined and asked for a completed case.

3. The teeth are re-prepared.

4. There is a shade or product change different from the original request.

5. The Partial Denture fits the master cast.

6. The case was cancelled after fabrication was started. Fabrication starts the day Oral Designs receives the case. The case will remain billed at full cost.

For eligible remakes within 30 days but without the original case, Oral Designs shall remake these cases at 100% of the retail price of the restoration at the time the request is made. If the original models, impressions and dental restorations are returned within 30 days from the original invoice date, Oral Designs will issue a 100% credit to the dentists account.

Any credit balance on a Oral Designs account must be used for lab services within 60 days from the date of issue or it expires.
warranty of work ::

Oral Designs guarantees its work for three years against defects in materials and craftsmanship. The following appliances and services, however, are not covered by warranty due to their temporary or delicate nature:

* Custom Temps
* Veneers
* Stayplates
* Immediate Dentures (see below)
* Premium Dentures (see below)
* Valplast (see below)
* Thermoflex Clasps
* Rush Fees

Oral Designs guarantees Valplast for life against breakage; normal wear and tear (including discolorization) is excluded. It is recommended that Valplast should be cleaned daily using recommended cleaning materials(ask a representative); which can be purchased through Oral Designs Dental Laboratories. For any type of complete or partial denture (including immediate and premium teeth dentures), no remake nor warranty applies unless the case was fabricated together with a wax try-in.

For warranties to be valid, the warranty card (or a copy of) should be returned with the case to receive your full warranty.

::terms and conditions of sale::

All bills are payable in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas on or before the 10th day of the month following the sale. Invoices not paid within 30 days of statement due are subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month. Accounts with balances over 30 days are subject to being placed on COD basis. Account collection costs will be paid by the customer. Oral Designs pays shipping one-way. Oral Designs will remake, at no cost, or issue credit for restorations which are deemed unsuitable for seating and returned to us. This remake/credit policy is good for 30 days following delivery to the dentist. A seated restoration is deemed to have been satisfactory and accepted by the dentist. If a restoration fits the model, but not in the mouth, Oral Designs reserves the right to charge for the restoration again
